Why it works
Acceptance criteria
- The in/out scope is agreed and splittable across team members
- Every source carries author, date, link, reason, internal usage rights and the validity and region filter
- The sufficiency rule can be tested by a reviewer other than the researcher
Edge cases
- Decision without a defined owner: it is requested before bounding
- No primary sources with clear rights: coverage_gap instead of assuming permissions
Trade-offs
- Verifying usage rights adds friction in exchange for a base usable without internal legal risk
Assumptions
- A decision owner exists and a team will consume the base
Limits
- It informs the decision, it does not approve it
- It neither runs the research nor guarantees the accuracy of the chosen sources

- Use it when
- the process demands shared understanding before applying what was learned.
- Example
- Prepare a sales area to sell a RAG service without overpromising.
- Output evidence
- cited explanation with inference marked, retrieval question per round, exact source and a reusable note with follow-up.
- Limit
- It teaches the team; it never grades levels or measures individual performance: that belongs to the evaluator

Acceptance criteria
- Every conclusion is cited against the agreed base and marked as evidence, inference or missing data
- Each round leaves a retrieval question, the exact source and a note reusable by the team
- The close is observable per participant: three error-free restatements, with error defined against the source
Edge cases
- Restatement right but shallow: a cited counterexample runs before the idea counts as understood
- Uneven levels in the group: the session splits instead of ranking people
Trade-offs
- The session note adds work per round in exchange for understanding the team can reuse

Why it works
Acceptance criteria
- Every claim carries cited evidence, meets the minimum evidence and uses a fixed scale comparable across runs
- The acceptance criterion can be verified by someone other than the researcher
- Residual risk is tied to the affected process, with a closing condition
Edge cases
- Gap unclosable with public sources: explicit verdict of not provable within the given scope
- The gap mutates during research: the scope is restated with the owner before continuing
Trade-offs
- Fixing the scale and the third-party reviewer adds steps in exchange for comparable, auditable results
Assumptions
- A prior team audit named the gap and the process has an owner
Limits
- It does not re-bound the whole topic nor decide the rollout
- It informs the owner's decision without guaranteeing the accuracy of cited sources
LearnTeam-facing claim cross-checkVerify a claim before the team uses it with a third party, with an origin threshold tied to the exposure of the process.4 · Prompt structure levelsTemplate / DemoOpen promptRun inChat · selected sources

- a proposal or an accountable decision rests on a fact nobody has verified yet.
- Example
- Confirm to a client that an AI feature is included in the contracted plan.
- Output evidence
- CONFIRMED, REFUTED or NOT DEMONSTRABLE verdict with origins counted, citation rights, demonstrable traceability and threshold applied, ready for review.
- Limit
- It verifies one claim; it does not audit the shared base or issue a sufficiency verdict: that is the base audit

Why it works
Acceptance criteria
- A reviewer other than the verifier reproduces the verdict from the recorded links and dates alone, without asking the verifier anything
- CONFIRMED appears only with two origins that do not lead back to the same publication, and with three when the stated use reaches a client or a regulator
- Every reproduced excerpt carries its citation rights; where they are absent it is recorded as a limitation, not as backing
- "What would change the verdict" names one concrete, findable missing document or datum, and the list of what the team must not yet assert is written before the material leaves the team
Edge cases
- Several trade outlets quoting one press note: a single origin, not corroboration
- Mixed claim inside a proposal: it is split and each part carries its verdict
- Private client data: NOT DEMONSTRABLE as unverifiable by design
Trade-offs
- Requiring citation rights and a retraceable trail lengthens verification in exchange for backing that survives client scrutiny
- The frozen text said "prioritize the original source"; that preference becomes a counted threshold a third party can check
- The "unverifiable by design" carve-out carried by this intent persona prompt leaves the team prompt for budget: it stays in edge_cases and limits, absorbed by the NOT DEMONSTRABLE verdict
Assumptions
- An accountable owner will review the verdict before the team uses it outside
Limits
- It verifies one claim; it does not audit the shared base or issue a sufficiency verdict: that is the base audit
- It informs the accountable decision, it neither replaces it nor guarantees accuracy

Why it works
Acceptance criteria
- Every row carries a decision, its evidence and a named owner; an action without an owner does not count as agreed
- The verdict is logged with its deciding dimension in the same format as the previous review, so two audits of the same Notebook are comparable across time
- No source lacking licence or origin appears as retain: usage rights block before relevance is even discussed
Edge cases
- Purpose not agreed across areas: it is requested before auditing
- Useful source without rights: removed, and the gap it leaves enters the prioritized list
- Base shared by several areas: audited against the stated purpose, and it says so
Trade-offs
- Requiring an owner per action slows the audit in exchange for decisions that actually get executed
- The frozen slogan "do not reward volume" is dropped: the gap-bound verdict replaces it and genuinely blocks keeping everything
- The "if all is redundant, repeat" clause of this intent persona prompt does not fit the team cell budget: it lives in edge_cases and in the gap-bound verdict
Assumptions
- An agreed purpose exists and a team consumes the shared base
Limits
- It audits sources; it does not verify one claim or issue its verdict: that is the cross-check
- It does not configure the assistant or write its instruction and starter prompts: that is the assistant configuration
- It informs the accountable decision, it neither approves it nor guarantees accuracy

Before you copy
- Use it when
- the process requires people to apply what they learned and the accountable owner needs the result.
- Example
- Practise selecting AI use cases with real scenarios from the sales area.
- Output evidence
- facilitator-ready practice sequence, cited expected answer, correction rubric usable by a third party and a per-participant result log at close.
- Limit
- It designs practice; it neither measures a level nor clears anyone: that belongs to the evaluator and the owner

Why it works
Acceptance criteria
- A facilitator outside the topic applies the rubric and decides hit or miss using only the quote in the expected answer
- The log records one result per participant at the close of the practice
- The new case happens inside the declared process and marks which elements are invented scenario
Edge cases
- Base that does not cover the process: the practice shrinks and declares it before starting
- Mixed levels in the group: the session is split instead of ranking people
Trade-offs
- The frozen text variable [AUDIENCE] is lost: [TEAM] and [PROCESS] replace it, fixing who practises and where it applies
- The per-participant log adds facilitation work in exchange for reviewable evidence
Assumptions
- An accountable owner reviews the log and the base carries internal usage rights
Limits
- It designs practice; it neither measures a level nor clears anyone: that belongs to the evaluator and the owner
- It corrects against the source; it does not teach new content or accompany understanding

Why it works
Acceptance criteria
- Every matrix row has findable evidence, a named operational risk, an executable correction and an owner; without an owner the correction does not count as assigned
- The three adversarial tests are logged under one pass criterion: the assistant states the limit instead of answering from outside the base
- Forbidden tasks ship as an explicit list an accountable owner can ratify or reject point by point
Edge cases
- Purpose not agreed across roles: the audit stops and asks for it
- Doubtful rights over client material: removed by default and the risk logged
- Role without its own starter prompts: the gap is declared rather than borrowed from another role
Trade-offs
- Auditing the container drops per-source relevance granularity, recovered by running 05 before this audit
- The frozen text listed "sources to add or remove" as a decision of this intent; here only the coverage gap is reported and the per-source decision returns to 05
- The frozen "duplicates" dimension leaves the team prompt: duplication is per-source relevance decided in 05, and here it counts only when it opens a container gap
Assumptions
- An operational Notebook exists, an accountable owner ratifies, and several roles will query it
Limits

Why it works
Acceptance criteria
- Every answer receives exactly one of the three levels with the quote that justifies it; another reviewer with the same source assigns the same level
- The clearance threshold is set by the process and declared before the first question, not at the end
- The report compares runs against the same rubric and contains no sentence ordering one person relative to another
Edge cases
- Partially correct answer: scored per dimension instead of passing or failing as a block
- Process without a declared threshold: it is requested from the owner before assessment starts
Trade-offs
- Strengths and sources-to-revisit are lost as separate outputs from the frozen text: they are absorbed into the level per dimension with its quote
- The cross-person comparable report suggested by the audience brief is dropped: internal method policy forbids ranking individuals (see traceability), so comparability is kept across runs
Assumptions
- The process can declare a threshold and an accountable owner decides clearance
Limits
- It measures against a rubric; it does not teach the team: that belongs to the coach
- It informs clearance; it neither grants it nor ranks people: the decision belongs to the owner

Why it works
Acceptance criteria
- Every objection names a concrete operational risk of the process and its difficulty rises only if the previous answer quoted the base and answered the objection
- Honest is defined inside the session: declaring the limit without backing scores a hit, so an evidenced I do not know is not penalized
- The three rewritten answers quote the base and a reviewer other than the defender can check each quote
Edge cases
- Collapse on the first question: difficulty drops one level before continuing
- Decision not documented yet: the simulation stops and routes to preparer 10
Trade-offs
- The frozen text declared no quotable base: [SOURCES] is added as a mandatory base with internal usage rights
- Three frozen variables are lost —[INTERVIEW, QBR OR DEFENCE], [AUDIENCE] and [OUTCOME]—: QBR and defence stay literal and leadership with the affected process frame it
- The strengths section of the frozen closing does not survive: the 2x budget only covers critical gaps and the three rewritten answers, which are the actionable output
- The explicit difficulty-drop log leaves the prompt under the 2x budget and remains a session criterion
- Governance pressure lengthens the rehearsal in exchange for exposing gaps before the real meeting
Assumptions
- The decision is already made and documented and an accountable owner reviews the result
Limits
- It tests the defence; it neither drafts nor restructures the deliverable: that belongs to the preparer
- It informs the defender; it does not approve the decision nor replace leadership judgment

Why it works
Acceptance criteria
- The thesis fits one sentence and each of the three ideas carries a literal quote from the agreed base
- The blocks carry minutes adding to the declared time and the script states which idea was cut when they do not fit
- Concise is defined here: one idea per block and no text the speaker must read aloud
- Another presenter on the team can run the script from the notes without rebuilding it
Edge cases
- Idea without an available quote: downgraded to a declared hypothesis or dropped
- No owner to confirm the script: it is requested before rehearsal starts
Trade-offs
- The frozen variables [AUDIENCE] and [OUTCOME] are lost: leadership and the affected process set the frame and free budget
- The hostile-or-neutral stance tuning leaves the empresa prompt under the 2x budget: here the named operational risk sets the tension
- A reusable script demands more explicit notes in exchange for less presenter improvisation
Assumptions
- The team already understands the topic and an accountable owner confirms the script
Limits
- It rehearses sections; it neither simulates rising adversarial interrogation nor scores under pressure: that belongs to the simulator
- It prepares the script; it neither approves the leadership decision nor guarantees its outcome
A reusable instruction needs change control, not only good wording.
